Every badge in San Diego Border Roleplay, with the exact number of accounts that have earned it. Counts come from Roblox's public badge API — they are not estimates, and they are not copied from another wiki.

- Federal Career is the rarest badge: 340 accounts, 0.0014%. It needs Tier III rank on every federal team.
- Only 0.371% of accounts ever reach $1,000,000, while 74.7% reach $10,000. The money curve gets steep almost immediately.
- Badge descriptions are written by the developers, so they double as the most reliable confirmation of game mechanics we have — rank ladders on four teams, a five-star wanted cap, and a carry limit on smuggled goods.

How we work out rarity
Roblox publishes an award count for every badge. “Welcome to San Diego” is granted automatically the first time you join, so its count — 24,649,643 — is the closest public figure to the number of accounts playing this game. Dividing any other badge by that number gives the share of accounts that got that far.
Two caveats we would rather state than hide. Alternate accounts inflate the denominator, so true per-person rarity is somewhat less rare than shown. And the denominator is not everyone who has ever played: all 22 badges were created on 2026-04-23, 46 days after the game launched on 2026-03-08, so the join badge only counts accounts that have played since then. The useful consequence is that all 22 have had exactly the same time to accumulate, so the percentages are directly comparable to each other.
What the badges tell us about the game
Because the descriptions are written by the developers, they settle several things other wikis only assert. Four teams have rank ladders with a defined maximum: Border Patrol (Chief of the Line), Police (Troop Commander), US Army (Captain) and FBI (Director). The wanted system tops out at five stars. Smuggled goods have a carry cap. Money laundering happens per briefcase, and $20,000 in a single briefcase is uncommon enough to be worth a badge.

Can I check which badges I have?
Yes — your Roblox profile lists them under Badges. A checker that takes a username and shows your rarity rank is buildable (the ownership endpoint is public), and it is on the list.
Do badges give rewards in game?
Not that we have found. They appear to be purely cosmetic profile achievements. If that changes we will note it here with a date.
Which badge should I go for first?
Chief of the Line on Border Patrol is the best value rare badge at 0.216%, and it only needs sustained checkpoint work. Border Patrol is reported to be free*.
